How To Rock Colored Denim

Colored jeans take us back.  Remember when Guess put the colored jeans on the map in the 90’s???  The funny thing is many ladies are not comfortable wearing colored jeans because it does put them in the mindset of the 90’s.  Now that is if you were styling in that era!  Well we beg to differ.dusterhicolored-denimjeansdenim-shirtdenim-shirtsMimiclogsshoesdenim-dressbyeLet’s get comfortable in a pair of color denim why don’t we?  We will go first!

Tieko went for a muted color that can be worn all year long.  She is still in search for colored boyfriend jeans but until she finds the perfect pair then a skinny pair will do just fine.  She wore it with a denim kimono top and a light weight knit vest.

Style Tip: Finding a black and nude sandal is not an easy feat so when you find them then snag them.  They go with everything! By the way these are old, sorry :(.

Mimi did her Mimi thing with a bright color that is perfect fro Spring and Summer.  She too paired hers with a denim top, tunic style.  She wore a rust colored pair of clogs which are the best for a fun shoe in the Spring.

Style Tip: Our blue denim choice of tops were totally not planned but here is a tip.  When wearing colored denim then dress in reverse.  Wear the blue denim on top instead of the bottom.
